This is the SenditGo Carrier guide for people who have never opened the product.

One delivery is one day: the web console puts an order on a Run Sheet, the driver app runs that sheet, and the web console reads the same sheet back. Follow the whole day, or only the half you work.

You'll know it worked when

The order list in the web console shows Awaiting pickup, the driver app later shows Stop Complete!, and the same Run Sheet in the web console shows that stop done and the order Delivered. If the driver app shows No Route Available, your dispatcher has not finished the web console half yet – wait. Tap Go! only once that button is on the card.

One delivery day

From dispatch to delivered – places, people, one day, then what happens after. The click-by-click steps stay on the pages it links to.

The loop is the same on iPhone and on Android. What differs: iPhone and Android.

Other jobs (after the first day)

You only see the menus your role can use. If a screen in this guide is missing from yours, ask your fleet admin to grant that view.
